Keeb Quest ("the App") is a typing game developed by an independent developer. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.

Data Stored on Your Device

Game settings, high scores, and statistics are stored locally in your browser (localStorage). This data never leaves your device unless described below.

Gameplay Statistics We Collect

When you complete a game session, the App sends anonymous gameplay statistics to a private database operated by the developer. This includes:

A randomly generated player ID (no name, email, or account required)
Score, level reached, words-per-minute, accuracy, and time played
Game mode (Classic, Boss Survival, or Adventure)
App build version

This data contains no personally identifiable information and is used solely to understand how the game is played and to improve it.

Analytics

The App uses Umami, a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool, to collect aggregate page-view and session data (e.g. visit counts, browser type, country). Umami does not use cookies and does not track users across sites.

Advertising (iOS only)

The iOS version of the App displays advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Identifier for Advertisers, IDFA, when you grant permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt), IP address, and limited device information in order to deliver and measure ads. Google may use this data to personalize ads in accordance with its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

If you decline tracking via the iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt, AdMob will only serve non-personalized ads. You can review or change your tracking preference at any time in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

The web and other non-iOS versions of the App do not display ads and do not use advertising SDKs, social media trackers, or any third-party services that profile users for commercial purposes.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. The data collected is anonymous and contains no personally identifiable information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
